Every good gift is from above, from Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith. So are we truly authors and songwriters? Or simply scribes – artisans attuned to the heartbeats of the Creator, interpreting whispers on paper or canvas, lyric or melody, at the Lord’s leading.

“Blessed in Great Measure” is a reflection of who I am. “Measure” as a verb is what I do, taking a blueprint and turning it into a real project. “Measure” as a noun in a musical sense, is a building block, the foundation of a song. “Measure”, as a noun meaning quantity, is certainly how I have been blessed. In all three, a “great measure” can be the difference between mediocrity and greatness.
